Since in the equation the person levels up 22 times.  If that is true
the equation will be 10 (health points) plus 5 (health points) times
22 (levels) = 10+5x22 = 120 health points.

The building is 1000 feet above sea level plus 50 feet for every story.  Since the building has 60 stories times 50 feet for every story equals 300 plus 1000 feet above sea level.  300 plus 1000 equals 1300 feet.
